Chaplain School is just about over. It has been challenging and educational. I have learned much regarding officer duty and chaplain ministry. We have had some great men of God lead our classes. We are the largest class that the school may have ever had, but at least since WW II.
I will graduate on Friday, August 28th, one week from today. It will be a bittersweet experience. I have missed home and family, but have made some relationships that had sharpened and molded me as a chaplain. It is good to be with other chaplains. The network of relationships will certainly continue into the future.
